Project #1: Buildings Mural
This project guides children (and their adults) through looking carefully at buildings and making a mural of buildings on a streetscape. The subject matter is real, adapted by the child’s imagination. Methods include drawing, painting and collage. Intellectual issues include symmetry, visual rhythm, pattern and observed perspective (at a beginning level).
