Project #6: Color Likes To Move!!

This is a Level 2 Eyeball It!® Project. Before trying this Color Project, kids should do Project #1: Buildings Mural OR Project #4: Imagination Painting. Kids will learn skills and develop ideas that will help with Project #6.

This project guides children through a series of drawing, painting, and looking exercises that help them see the visual movement of color. Subject matter is color itself. There is lots of science in this project about rainbows, light, reflection and refraction, pigments. And on the art side, the Color Wheel. Their final piece of artwork is a picture about their favorite color, using as many other colors as possible.

The Lesson Plan and a Read-along Recording will be developed after the Project is tested.
